The Dandy Insider

The Dandy Insider is the TDC VIP programme for guests of Neon Pigeon, Firangi Superstar and Fat Prince, run by The Dandy Partnership Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201422560R), the company behind The Dandy Collection. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean The Dandy Collection and its venues: currently Neon Pigeon, Firangi Superstar and Fat Prince, plus any new venues that join The Dandy Insider.
This notice explains what we collect when you join The Dandy Insider, what we do with it, and your choices. We handle your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We only collect what you type into The Dandy Insider sign-up form, plus a note of which event you signed up at.
First name (required): greeting you and recognising you at our venues.
Last name (required): telling apart members who share a first name.
Mobile number, with country code (required): SMS and WhatsApp invitations and updates.
Email address (required): email invitations and updates.
Instagram handle (optional): recognising you and inviting you to Instagram-led events.
Birthday month (optional): birthday offers. We never ask for your full date of birth.
Event you signed up at (added by us): knowing which event brought you in.
Your consent and when you gave it (added by us): keeping a record that you agreed to hear from us.
We use your details to run The Dandy Insider and to invite you back. Specifically, to:
send you invitations to events, early access and nights we don't post publicly
send you updates and offers from Neon Pigeon, Firangi Superstar, Fat Prince and any new venues we open
recognise you when you visit, and look after you and the people you bring
run the VIP programme, including member perks
understand which events and venues bring members in, so we plan better nights
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to The Dandy Collection.
We contact you by email, SMS or WhatsApp because you agreed to this when you joined, by tapping I'm in under our consent statement. We keep a record of that consent and when you gave it.
We aim to keep it occasional and worth opening. Every message tells you how to stop receiving them, and you can opt out at any time (see Your choices).
Your details are shared across our venues and with a small number of service providers who work for us. Nobody else gets them unless the law requires it.
Teams at Neon Pigeon, Firangi Superstar, Fat Prince and any new venues, and the group companies that own them: inviting you, recognising you and looking after you at any of our venues.
Webflow: hosts this website and stores form submissions.
SevenRooms: our guest management and reservations system.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers: sending you our messages.
Authorities, if legally required: complying with Singapore law.
Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. When that happens, we take steps to make sure your data gets a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
The Dandy Collection is growing. When we open a new venue, it joins The Dandy Insider and your membership covers it too. We will add it to this notice and tell you about it in our next message to members. You can opt out at any time (see Your choices).
Some of our venues, including new ones, are owned by separate companies in The Dandy Collection group and managed by The Dandy Partnership Pte. Ltd. The Dandy Partnership runs The Dandy Insider for every venue and remains responsible for your details. A venue's owning company only receives your details to look after you at that venue, and must protect them to the standard set out in this notice.
We keep your details while you are a member of The Dandy Insider. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we stop contacting you and delete them within 30 days.
We keep only a minimal record that you opted out, so we never message you again by mistake. If you stay a member but we have no contact with you for 24 months, we delete your details.
You are in control of your details. At any time you can:
Unsubscribe: use the opt-out in any message, or email us (see Contact us).
Withdraw your consent: we stop using your details for marketing and tell you if that affects your membership.
See what we hold: ask for a copy of the personal data we have about you.
Correct it: ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
Delete it: ask us to remove your details from The Dandy Insider.
We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

We may update this notice as The Dandy Insider grows. The latest version always lives on this page with its date. If we make a change that affects how we use your details, we will tell you before it applies.
